Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Staff Test & Evaluation (T&E) Technical Program Manager to rapidly integrate into the Strategic Defense team. You will drive test planning, data analysis, and collaboration with government partners to shape test scenarios and prioritize engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, engineering management, engineering, or comparable skill, preferably supporting testing teams.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering and/or software development.
• Must be able to execute the full test engineering process for a System-of-Systems (requirements, test planning, readiness reviews, safety reviews, test execution, test reporting, etc.) with little to no oversight utilizing company test and evaluation policy.
• Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (test plans, test reports, data analysis, etc.) and demonstrated maturity to articulate deliverable to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role while executing testing.
• Experience executing ground test campaigns in hardware and/or software integration lab environments, including stimulus generation and truth system integration.
• Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and solve problems across a variety of engineering areas.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment with little to no oversight.

Responsibilities

• Determine and develop various approaches to achieve T&E goals and guide test activities, with emphasis on hardware-in-the-loop lab-based ground tests.
• Coordinate and support testing at private and government ranges to test hardware and software systems.
• Deconflict test events internally across Anduril programs and efforts.
• Ensure safe operation of all testing, following SOPs and practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering to discuss test results and data.
• Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.
• Support design and implementation of live-virtual-constructive (LVC) test scenarios to stress the system.
• Document test procedures and results with detailed reports for engineering teams.
• Conduct testing of classified capabilities in unclassified settings with customer and security teams.
• Integrate T&E processes into the program and ensure adherence throughout its life.
