Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, engineering management, or comparable skill.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering and/or software development.
• Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (plans, reports, data analysis).
• Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role.
• Experience executing ground test campaigns in hardware and/or software integration lab environments.
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and solve problems across engineering areas.

Responsibilities

• Determine and develop approaches to achieve T&E goals and guide test activities, with emphasis on hardware-in-the-loop lab-based tests.
• Coordinate testing at private and government test ranges to test and evaluate systems.
• Deconflict test events internally across programs.
• Be responsible for safe operation of all testing efforts and procedures.
• Work with Engineering to discuss test results, data, and observations.
• Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.
• Support design and implementation of live-virtual-constructive test scenarios.
• Document test procedures and results for engineering and stakeholders.
• Conduct testing of classified capabilities in an unclassified setting with security teams.
• Integrate T&E processes into the program lifecycle.
