Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead defense and aerospace programs interfacing with Prime Contract customers from concept through production. You will manage program plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contract requirements. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in program management in electronics/communications for U.S.

DoD or allied governments; PMP certification and aerospace experience are preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in electronics/communications supporting U.S. DoD or allied governments.
• PMP Certification and aerospace/defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of program plans and budgets (technical, financial, schedule).
• Monitor and manage orders, revenue, profit, and cash to keep programs on track.
• Prepare Estimates-at-Complete (EACs) to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, ITAR and all contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on proposals and contracts.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and advise plans and strategies.
• Active risk and opportunity management throughout the program lifecycle.
