Job summary

CHAOS Industries, headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Washington DC, seeks a proactive Program Manager to lead the radar product line. You will align cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within contract scope.

The role reports to the Acting Director of the Program Execution Office (PEO) and requires 5+ years in program management, PMP certification, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for the program.
• Collaborate with BD, Production, Customer, and Engineering teams for integrated execution.
• Prepare and present program status, milestones, and reports to leadership and customer.
