Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a proactive Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the radar product line delivery. You will align cross-functional teams across BD, Production, Customer, and Engineering to manage budgets, schedules, and contractual objectives.

You will report to the Acting Director of the Program Execution Office (PEO). The role requires on-site presence 4-5 days per week in Hawthorne, CA or Washington, DC, with up to 15% travel, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering, CS, business or related field; or equivalent PM experience.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience on complex programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with diverse audiences.
• PMP certification is required.
• Must work on-site 4-5 days per week in Hawthorne CA or Washington DC.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD.
• Serve as primary POC to the customer’s COTR/Tech POC for contract, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Draft and finalize technical quarterly reports, status reports, and other contract deliverables.
• Manage program budget and resources to meet project requirements.
