Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to direct multiple defense-related programs within contract requirements. You will lead the integrated product teams from kickoff to close, interface with customers, and drive bid/proposal activities.

A strong background in cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination is essential. The role requires 7+ years’ relevant experience, a STEM bachelor’s degree, and PMP/DAU certification. U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevent experience in program management or defense programs.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and performance reporting.
• Experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid and proposal activities and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and Business Development.
• Represent management at program reviews and negotiations.
• Manage budgets, risk, schedule and technical performance across programs.
