Advanced Acoustic Concepts, LLC is seeking a Manager I/II Program Management in Great River, NY to lead technical, schedule and cost performance of defense programs. You will coordinate with engineering, manage bids, and drive proposals while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience and a strong background in earned value, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience across full lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, supply chain or business preferred.
• Experience with proposals, requirements, risk management and cost control.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily execution of contract requirements to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of programs to align with objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities with Business Development.
• Lead meetings from kickoff to close and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets for labor, materials, travel and services; report status to senior management.
• Develop plans and schedules; ensure timely closeout of programs.
