Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in McHenry, IL. You will bring our growing real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces to life, coordinating preconstruction, budgets, contracting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities span design, cost estimating, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Facilities, Legal, and Manufacturing. The role requires leadership, rigorous document control, and travel up to 50% including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness when it comes to document control.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes.
• Willingness to travel at 25%–50% of the time (international travel included).
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Design: gather user requirements and generate cost estimates.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: manage budgets and forecast cash flow.
• Contracting Strategy: develop contracting structures and terms.
• Stakeholder Management: be the primary point of contact and report to senior management.
• External Project Management and Coordination: maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.
