Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy for the Defense Enterprise Account. This senior role blends architecture, sales engineering, and program leadership across growth and delivery, influencing missions and customer outcomes.

The CTO will drive cloud modernization, AI/ML initiatives, cybersecurity, and mission-critical architectures while guiding teams through complex, high-visibility pursuits and ensuring secure, scalable solutions

Qualifications

Experience leading complex technology solutions in the federal or national security market.
Active security clearance at the appropriate level, with eligibility to obtain additional accesses.
Executive communication skills and ability to simplify complex issues for decision-makers.
Experience supporting Department of Defense customers.
Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the account technology strategy aligned with missions, growth objectives and capabilities.
Lead solution architecture, staffing, demonstrations, and technical volumes for strategic pursuits.
Advise the Portfolio Leader on technology priorities, partnerships, and talent.
Ensure proposed solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and affordable.
Build trusted relationships with government technology leaders and stakeholders.
Mentor chief engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams.
