Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead complex, secure architectural programs from Fairfax, VA. The role demands technical leadership across AI/ML, ISR, Big Data/Cloud, and enterprise systems integration, interfacing with government stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, extensive DoD/IC experience, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions while shaping technical roadmaps and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph requirements.
• Experience supporting complex programs in the Intelligence Community or DoD.
• Architecting, designing, integrating, deploying, and sustaining enterprise-level technical solutions.
• Technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and mission environments.
• Strong enterprise architecture, systems integration, secure infrastructure, and cloud tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise hardware strategy and global deployment governance.
• Oversee asset governance and lifecycle management for deployed equipment.
• Set QA, installation, and validation standards to ensure defect-free delivery.
• Direct IA and cybersecurity compliance tracking across systems.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with executives and clients for strategic updates.
• Own high-level customer expectations, SLAs, and multi-site delivery timelines.
• Drive ECS product roadmaps and align with Business Unit objectives.
• Champion technical training standards to elevate team capabilities.
• Lead growth initiatives and capture support within the Business Unit.
• Design knowledge-transfer frameworks for teams and client personnel.
