Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Capture Manager in McLean, Virginia, to strategize and implement defense and military business opportunities. The role requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience with the full lifecycle of capture efforts in federal contracting. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for navigating fast-paced capture processes. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capturing accounts and growing business with the Federal government.
• Proficient across the full lifecycle of capture efforts including RFP evaluation.
• Strong understanding of federal agency landscape and related methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement defense strategies for new business opportunities.
• Lead pre-award capture lifecycle processes across the Defense and Military sectors.
• Cultivate growth in specific areas by winning recompetes and new contracts.
• Lead research efforts to build a deep capture pipeline.
• Mentor Capture Analysts on the team.
