The role requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience with the full lifecycle of capture efforts in federal contracting. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in capturing accounts and growing business with the Federal government.
Proficient across the full lifecycle of capture efforts including RFP evaluation.
Strong understanding of federal agency landscape and related methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
Create and implement defense strategies for new business opportunities.
Lead pre-award capture lifecycle processes across the Defense and Military sectors.
Cultivate growth in specific areas by winning recompetes and new contracts.
Lead research efforts to build a deep capture pipeline.
Mentor Capture Analysts on the team.
