Qualifications
7+ years of experience in capturing accounts with Federal and DOW government.
Experience with the full lifecycle of capture efforts.
Understanding of federal sales and business development methodology.
Exceptional leadership, management, organizational, and time-management skills.
U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a defense and military strategy.
Lead pre-award capture lifecycle for Defense and Military.
Manage task order capture efforts for large-scale contracts.
Perform competitive analysis and outreach to build teams.
Lead proposal team in developing winning proposals.
