Qualifications

• 5+ years of capture management or BD within defense or security domains.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes, FAR and DFARS.
• Experience in supporting proposals or capture efforts.
• Experience with preparing capture materials or customer engagement documents.
• Ability to analyze customer data, competitor information, and market trends.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture artifacts such as capture plans, call plans, competitor analysis, and preliminary win strategies.
• Support customer engagement efforts, including shaping outreach, gathering customer insights, and participating in customer meetings alongside account leadership.
• Develop win themes, discriminators, and teaming strategies.
• Partner with solution architects and SMEs to translate customer needs into viable technical and management approaches.
• Support the development of pricing strategies with guidance from pricing and finance teams.
• Coordinate and lead gate reviews, status briefings, action tracking, and documentation needed throughout the capture lifecycle.
• Assist in identifying potential teammates and subcontractors and help manage teaming documentation.
• Facilitate the transition from capture to proposal, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of capture processes, tools, and best practices.
