Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of distribution/fulfillment operations experience.
• At least five years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead large teams and improve safety, service, productivity, quality and cost
• Strong operational judgment and balancing execution with long-term planning
• Excellent communication with frontline staff, senior leaders, customers and partners
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes
• Flexibility to work across shifts and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily distribution center operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled safely, accurately and on time.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including managers and frontline staff.
• Plan and monitor daily processes and HR activities at the facility.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse maintenance and private fleet management.
• Support contract negotiations and respond to service failures and account visits.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping guidelines are followed.
