HDR is seeking a strategic-minded Resources Business Group Data Steward to shape how our data is defined, shared, and reused across the Business Group and HDR. This leadership role focuses on clear data definitions, governance, and enabling better decisions across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of strategic leadership in change management and business data.
• Minimum 15 years of experience providing diverse data-focused solutions.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
• Experience in power, industrial and/or waste sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as the RBG data point of contact and leverage SME expertise.
• Develop and maintain data glossary for key engineering terms with business context.
• Build alignment around data processes, priority, and expected use.
• Promote consistent, responsible use of technical data and data lifecycle.
• Govern externally sourced datasets and monitor storage and approvals.
• Lead RBG SME network to align practices across business classes.
• Promote data fluency across the RBG and collaborate with teams.
• Communicate with BG Data Stewards and Enterprise Data teams regularly.
