Job summary
Intact Insurance is leading a data transformation within the UK&I CIO Transformation to modernise Commercial/Specialty Lines data capabilities. The data programme manager will steer the data workstream, aligning data strategies with transformation goals and delivering value across initiatives.
The role requires translating complex business problems into data solutions and planning end-to-end data lifecycle with Azure, Databricks and Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured data solutions.
- Understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, Power Platform).
- Experience defining end-to-end data lifecycle (ingestion, transformation, storage, consumption).
Responsibilities
- Lead the data workstream for the CL/SL Transformation programme.
- Define scope and prioritise data initiatives based on business value.
- Develop an integrated delivery plan to deliver value incrementally.
- Own delivery plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies across data initiatives.
