Job summary

IAT Insurance Group seeks an Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale cross-functional data initiatives across the organization. You will govern planning and delivery for complex programs, applying Agile practices and JIRA-based tracking to stay aligned with business priorities.

Hybrid work: office Mon-Wed with remote Thu-Fri. Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, governance, JIRA dashboards, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, including large-scale, multi-team initiatives.
• 11+ years of equivalent experience if applicable.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and coaching teams through ceremonies.
• Extensive JIRA experience with dashboards and portfolio views.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• PMP/ PMI-ACP / CSM or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Insurance industry familiarity and data/technology modernization exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large cross-functional data projects.
• Establish and maintain Agile program governance and ceremonies.
• Own program tracking and reporting in JIRA with dashboards and hierarchies.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders on scope and timelines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
• Deliver executive-level status updates and translate progress to business impact.
• Drive change management and continuous process improvement.
