Job summary

Hanson Lee Resourcing Ltd in London is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Digital and Technology team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory and delivering analytics and dashboards using Qlik.

You will work closely with underwriters, finance, sales and operations to derive data-driven insights, perform data quality work, and support automation through Function Apps and Logic Apps.

Qualifications

• Solid hands on SQL Server and Azure Data Factory experience in a live production environment.
• Comfort with Qlik or a similar BI tool.
• Insurance industry background, ideally with exposure to commercial insurance, policy lifecycle, BDX production or premium calculations.
• A genuinely flexible mindset. Priorities here can shift from one day to the next, and you’ll need to be just as happy deep in a pipeline as you are in a stakeholder meeting.

Responsibilities

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast growing MGA capital partner that backs underwriting talent to launch and scale their own specialist insurance businesses.

They’re now looking for a Data Analyst to join their Digital and Technology team, with a strong lean toward data engineering.
