Job summary

Wealthtime is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to define and execute the Group's data strategy, architecture, and governance. You will lead the build of data platforms, data warehouses, and pipelines while collaborating with technology, operations, and business units to unlock data-driven value.

The role combines strategic roadmap definition with hands-on delivery, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable analytics across the group.

Qualifications

Strong experience defining and delivering enterprise data strategies.
Experience with wealth management data and systems.
Deep understanding of data architecture, modelling, and governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience building data warehouses and data pipelines.
Experience with modern data-lake technologies—Microsoft Fabric or equivalents.
Knowledge of data quality tooling, metadata management, and data integrity.
Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and insights.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to Group objectives.
Design and own the enterprise data architecture, models, and integration patterns.
Lead data governance, quality rules, lineage, and compliance across the Group.
Own data platforms and tooling, driving adoption of modern data-lake technologies.
Build and maintain the data warehouse and pipelines to enable analytics.
