Job summary

Investigo is seeking a senior transformation leader to shape the future direction of its Insurance Services business in Atlanta, GA. You will drive strategic initiatives, modernise capabilities, and align stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes while inheriting an established transformation team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes within insurance or insurance services environments.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations, delegated authority, TPA, loss adjusting or related service-led insurance businesses.
• Track record of delivering strategic roadmaps and large-scale organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a business-wide transformation strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Assess current operating models, technology capabilities and organisational effectiveness.
• Establish a prioritised portfolio of initiatives driving sustainable business improvement.
• Build alignment across leadership teams around future-state operating models and change programmes.
• Develop a modern data strategy to improve governance, reporting and accessibility.
• Drive value from operational and customer data and enhance management information.
• Support adoption of advanced analytics, automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Review existing applications, systems and technology architecture and create a roadmap for platform enhancement.
• Evolve digital capabilities while maximising existing investments and partner with vendors.
