Job summary

City University of New York – Queensborough Community College seeks a Career and Industry Partnerships Data Manager to build data infrastructure, labor market intelligence, and outcomes reporting for the CUNY Beyond initiative. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with six years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with quantitative analysis and reporting tools and data-visualization platforms.
• Experience in higher education, workforce development, or related social-services context.
• Experience with large administrative datasets and data quality/documentation for program evaluation and accreditation.
• Experience designing data systems, data pipelines, and data-collection strategies.
• Experience analyzing labor-market information and using platforms like Lightcast, EAB Navigate, or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the campus lead for CUNY Beyond data and track, measure, and report on implementation and outcomes for grants and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated data systems, dashboards, and standardized reports to track key performance indicators related to student career-success.
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to collect and validate data and incorporate labor-market evidence into program development and accreditation.
• Translate quantitative findings into accessible visualizations, briefs, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, surveys, and evaluations of career-connected learning initiatives including internships and employer-in-the-classroom models.
