Job summary

Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Manager for Data and Operations to lead the CUNY Beyond initiative at Kingsborough Community College. The role focuses on building systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting to scale the project across the campus.

You will partner with diverse stakeholders, implement data workflows, and create dashboards to track outcomes. The position is hybrid, reporting to the AVP for Careers and Industry Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years in data collection, monitoring and reporting preferred.
• Experience developing, managing and improving programs or processes within complex work environments.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows and communication processes.
• Launch new processes to fill gaps and improve coordination, information flow and efficiency.
• Suggest technology to improve effectiveness.
• Build and maintain an integrated system of data sources, pipelines, and standard reports.
• Create dashboards to monitor progress and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the college and external partners.
• Perform special projects and other duties as needed.
