Job summary

RFCUNY seeks a Manager for Data and Operations at Kingsborough Community College to lead the CUNY Beyond initiative. You will build data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to monitor implementation and outcomes, while aligning data practices with college goals and external partnerships.

The role focuses on process design, data collection, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement across the college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years in data collection, monitoring, and reporting strategies.
• Experience developing and improving programs or processes in complex environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis to drive decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows and implement improved processes and coordination.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for CUNY Beyond implementation at the college.
• Configure student information systems, CRMs, and other platforms to capture data inputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the college and external partners to enable data-driven decisions.
• Perform special projects and other duties as needed.
