The role shapes career readiness and leads core pillars, including exposure, advising, learning, paid work and employer engagement.

The position coordinates cross-department operations, budget and external relations, and supports seamless program delivery with strong data reporting and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required.
• Progressive experience managing complex programs or projects.
• Experience supervising staff or cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, student information systems, or technology platforms for operations and reporting.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; data experience.
• Commitment to equity, access, and student success, especially in career-connected learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with college leadership to drive day-to-day planning, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of CUNY Beyond at Kingsborough.
• Build, manage, and strengthen collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support integration of career and academic initiatives.
• Align resources across departments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and manage the annual work plan and ensure timely documentation for CUNY Beyond.
• Collaborate with communications teams to design marketing strategies that raise awareness and participation.
• Coordinate with Provost and student-facing units to maximize student/new graduate participation.
• Oversee the career and academic integration technology ecosystem to support data access and reporting.
