Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Data Analytics, BI, Market Insights, Commercial Analytics, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python or R for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Experience with structured operational, commercial, service, CRM, sales, or financial datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, summaries, and business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in applying generative AI tools to analytics.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs with analytical solutions to support decision making across Technical Support and related service organizations.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and analyses for reviews.
• Analyze support and service data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvements.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting measuring key metrics and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, IT, Data Engineering, and Reporting teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Monitor CSAT, NPS, and customer effort to identify improvements.
• Support AI and data science initiatives through data preparation and exploratory analysis.
