Job summary

Dompé is seeking an Associate Director of Data Governance & Master Data Management to lead the U.S. Commercial data governance and MDM capability.

You will own commercial master data domains and establish stewardship programs across HCP, HCO, payer, patient, and product data to enable trusted decision-making. You will partner with Commercial Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Marketing to standardize data and support analytics, CRM, and omnichannel initiatives while balancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data governance, master data management, or related roles in biotech/pharma/healthcare.
• Experience implementing governance programs and stewardship models.
• Experience managing HCP, HCO, payer, and customer master data.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare commercial data assets and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead master data governance and stewardship programs across key data domains.
• Define and maintain enterprise data standards, ownership models, and data quality KPIs.
• Design governance frameworks, councils, and decision-making forums.
• Partner with IT to align MDM platforms with business needs.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, and regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Influence senior stakeholders on governance priorities and investments.
