Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management to lead the ex-China MDM capability, govern commercial data domains, and drive data quality across platforms, analytics, and compliance.

You will own data stewardship, match/merge rules, consent management, and integration with CRM, BI, and enterprise data warehouse systems. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in pharma data management, strong SQL, cloud experience (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks), and a proven track

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of pharma industry Commercial operations or related experience architecting and building Enterprise Data Management platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing & managing Master Data Management solutions.
Experience tuning match/merge/survivorship rules to produce golden records across HCP/HCO, payer, patient and product domains.
Strong SQL and cloud-based platform experience (AWS Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

Lead and steward commercial master data domains (HCP, HCO, payer, customer, product, organizational hierarchies).
Develop data quality standards, governance programs, and stewardship processes.
Translate business needs into technical data solutions and enable data provisioning for CRM, BI, and analytics.
Coordinate cross-functional data integration, validation, and automation initiatives.
