Job summary

BeOne Medicines in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management to lead and architect the Ex-China Commercial MDM capability, driving governance, data quality, and scalable data platforms across HCP/HCO, payer, patient, product and organizational data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in pharma commercial operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Master Data Management solutions.
• Experience with identity resolution, survivorship, and data governance in commercial data domains.
• Strong SQL and cloud-based data platform experience (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect commercial MDM domains (HCP/HCO/payer/customer/product/organizational hierarchies).
• Build and enforce enterprise data standards, rules, and stewardship programs.
• Develop data lifecycle processes including onboarding, enrichment, validation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Lead data quality monitoring, dashboards, and remediation of data issues across domains.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to enable data-driven decision making.
