Job summary

RGP is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise data governance, MDG, and data standardization across multiple internal teams. You will spearhead the governance framework, define data standards, and oversee data platforms to enable business transformation.

The role emphasizes building comprehensive data dictionaries, KPIs, and documentation, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP, master data, governance, or enterprise data management.
• Experience in SAP MDG and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the enterprise-wide strategy for Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Standards, and Product Segmentation.
• Define enterprise standards for data creation, maintenance, governance, and quality.
• Build data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, lineage maps, and data artifact documentation.
• Create and maintain KPIs for data quality, governance effectiveness, adoption, compliance, and operational performance.
• Lead the strategic direction, governance, architecture, and optimization of SAP MDG and related data platforms.
