Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Master Data Management Architect to lead enterprise data architecture and governance within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA environment.

This is a highly visible role responsible for establishing scalable master data strategies, improving data quality, and ensuring consistency across SAP and integrated business systems. You will work closely with business and technology leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, translating business requirements

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP data architecture or master data management experience.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data models for SAP environments.
• Strong data governance, lifecycle policies, and data quality processes.
• Hands-on MDG workflow design and approvals.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and integrations with legacy systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering; Master's a plus; SAP certs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise master data architecture across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Define data models and standards for key entities (Business Partners, Vendors, Materials, Equipment, Cost Centers, WBS Elements).
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance standards and lifecycle policies.
• Architect and configure automated MDG workflows and approvals.
• Collaborate with process owners to translate business requirements into data rules.
• Establish processes to prevent duplicate or unauthorized master data entering production.
