Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. in Foster City, CA, seeks an Associate Director, Enterprise Master Data Management to own enterprise MDG governance, data standards, and product segmentation. You will define the roadmap and partner with business leaders across functions.

Lead data platforms, ensure data quality and migration, and manage cross-functional teams including data stewards and system integrators. This role reports to the Sr. Director, IT ERP PDM and offers a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in SAP, master data, governance or enterprise data management; or Master’s with 8+ years in related area.
• Deep expertise in SAP MDG and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Experience with Material Master, Business Partner, Product Master, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise master data vision, roadmap, and governance strategy.
• Define enterprise data priorities with business leaders and data stewards.
• Establish data governance policies, stewardship models, and operating procedures.
• Lead strategy, governance, architecture, and improvement of SAP MDG and related data platforms.
• Lead enterprise segmentation supporting planning, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
