Our PTO policy offers summer hours and a three-day closure for Thanksgiving. We also offer a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 2 fixed days in office per week. Additional in person work will be required based on the needs of the position and the organization.
This is a two-year, grant-funded position. Continuation beyond this period is not guaranteed and is contingent on renewed grant-funding.

United Way seeks an experienced Program Manager to coordinate the day-to-day activities of executing our Community Schools Strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination, managing multiple projects, and extraordinary attention to detail. This position will support the coordination of systems- and community-level change for students, families, and partners in United Way's footprint, through supporting the Community Schools strategy and, including the following key responsibilities:
