Job summary

Civicworks is seeking a senior-level administrator and project manager to drive data development, research, and evaluation initiatives within the Social Services Administration. You will ensure data integrity, oversee KPIs, and translate complex child welfare and adult services data into actionable policy strategies.

You will evaluate data systems, extract and analyze data from multiple sources, and manage data and reporting contracts with university partners to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Six years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
• Experience using business intelligence or data management tools such as PowerBI, MS Excel, or Python.
• Experience overseeing vendor deliverables, resource allocation, or MOUs for research and data contracts.
• Experience compiling data for public-facing reports or responding to Public Information Act requests.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
