Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia seeks a Director, Data Enablement & Standards to lead cross-functional data initiatives across NAOU and bottling partners, translating business needs into shared data standards, governance, and operating models. You will shape the data enablement portfolio, set roadmaps, and align teams to move complex data challenges into concrete actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, data, information systems, engineering, or related field with equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related roles leading cross-functional initiatives.
Fluent data and analytics understanding, lineage, quality, and business use.
Ability to influence without authority and drive decisions across teams.
Experience with vendor data agreements and working with Legal/Procurement.

Responsibilities

Shape the data enablement portfolio and prioritize opportunities with business value.
Translate challenges into data, process, standards, governance, and operating-model improvements.
Build alignment across NAOU, Bottlers, CONA, CCBSS, and enabling functions.
Improve data movement from need to use, resolve ownership and handoffs.
Advance shared data standards across the North America system.
Increase external data value and govern data acquisition, sharing, and renewal.
Enable responsible data access and work with Legal, Privacy, and Procurement.
Build durable capabilities with intake, prioritization, discovery, and adoption processes.
