Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of data analysis or BI experience in supply chain or operations.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in PySpark is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, OTM or MES data sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses across end‑to‑end NAOU supply chain to identify opportunities.
• Define metrics, models, and data products to enable decision making.
• Partner with product, data engineering, and stakeholders to deliver dashboards.
• Mentor analysts and promote data quality and governance.
