Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, NAOU Data Architecture & Engineering to lead architecture and engineering strategy for data, analytics, AI and ML initiatives across the North America Operating Unit. You will guide multiple teams, set standards for CI/CD, IaC, testing, and observability, and shape the end-to-end ML lifecycle while partnering with data scientists to productionize solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
12+ years in data architecture/engineering with enterprise-scale transformations.
5+ years leading architects or platform teams and delivering outcomes.
Experience designing cloud-native architectures spanning lakehouse/warehouse, data products, streaming and APIs.
Knowledge of Azure, Fabric, OneLake, Power BI or similar platforms; ML lifecycle and MLOps.

Responsibilities

Lead architects and engineers responsible for enterprise data and AI capabilities.
Establish engineering standards for CI/CD, IaC, testing, orchestration and observability.
Drive reusable frameworks, platform capabilities and cost efficiency across divisions.
Define end-to-end ML/AI lifecycle patterns and MLOps practices.
Partner with data scientists to transition prototypes to production-grade solutions.
