Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data, analytics, data management, or related business roles.
• Understands datasets, definitions, hierarchies, lineage, quality, and business use.
• Ability to influence across organizations with different incentives.
• Leads problem framing, option development, and decision guidance.
• Ownership mindset to prioritize and execute without detailed direction.
• Experience with vendor relationships, data agreements, or related processes.
• Capable of building scalable data enablement structures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the data enablement portfolio with cross-functional impact and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into data, standards, governance, and operating-model improvements.
• Build alignment across the North America system including NAOU, Bottlers, and enabling functions.
• Improve data movement from need to use, resolving handoffs and ownership gaps.
• Advance shared data standards, definitions, hierarchies, and mappings for consistency.
• Lead expansion of external data use, governance, and contractual considerations.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Privacy to translate business needs into workable requirements.
• Establish mechanisms for intake, prioritization, discovery, and follow-through.
