Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a Strategic Customer Product Architect to lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable MEP infrastructure solutions for data center environments.

You will develop layouts, BoD documents, and technical narratives while serving as a trusted advisor during engagements and deployments across multiple campuses and hyperscale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure or data center design.
• Strong knowledge of cooling, power distribution, and redundancy in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to determine infrastructure requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable MEP data center solutions.
• Develop conceptual layouts and BoD documents for customer solutions.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor during engagements.
• Support deployments including hyperscale, high-density, and build-to-suit projects.
• Create pre-planned design packages for single-site and multi-campus deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering on proposals and design initiatives.
• Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses and technical narratives.
• Advise internal stakeholders on evolving requirements, infrastructure trends, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability and deployment speed.
