Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for data center construction from design to commissioning.

You will manage design, engineering, procurement, and construction contractors, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance while minimizing Owner risk. This client-facing role demands strong technical aptitude and exceptional communication throughout complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Experience with construction contract administration and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s representative, overseeing data center construction to meet standards.
• Monitor on-site construction activities, scheduling, and delivery of materials.
• Review submittals, drawings, and reports to identify issues early.
• Track progress, budget, and schedule and report to Owner and leadership.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and contractor payments.
