Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team and manage OFCI equipment submittals, vendor coordination, and cost optimization across data center projects. You will support procurement managers and the director with daily tasks, contracts, and supplier onboarding, traveling to factories as needed.

We value detail orientation, quick learning, and a strong commercial mindset with 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or construction roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction science, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain and/or construction role is required.
Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with OFCI equipment vendors to ensure timely submittals and approvals.
Review single line diagrams and product specifications to drive OFCI equipment submittals to closure.
Analyze vendor quotes, change orders, and submittals to optimize costs while preserving quality.
Enter purchase orders and track invoices using financial software; support project closeout and budgeting.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships; assist with scheduling start-up, commissioning and site support.
