2–5 years advising and influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct colocation development transactions from start to finish, incl. site selection and due diligence.
Formulate long-term development strategies for markets to senior management.
Execute strategic plans with internal stakeholders (product, energy, design, legal, tax).
Translate technical design needs into feasible solutions for data centers.
Navigate contract negotiations covering building, power, and site requirements.
Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior leaders on progress and costs.
Support multiple complex negotiations concurrently.
Be a key member of the DCSS team enabling innovation and results.
Able to travel roughly 25% of the time.
