Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services seeks a DC Design & Portfolio Manager to join the Data Center Design Engineering team in the United States. You will own end-to-end design delivery, define KPIs, assess risks, and build robust reporting for senior leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for on-time delivery of data center designs and their milestones across the regional portfolio.
• Shapes decisions across teams they don't own, influencing outcomes without authority.
• Drive schedule adherence through proactive identification of slippage and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain milestone health dashboards with clear status indicators.
• Implement mechanisms for early detection of at-risk projects and escalate with path-to-green plans.
• Design and own the Monthly Business Review reporting cadence for regional leadership.
• Build and maintain enhanced reporting including KPIs for schedule health and delivery velocity.
• Prepare executive narratives with recommendations on cost, timing and trade-offs.
• Capture, share, and leverage PM best practices across Data Center Engineering.
