Job summary

You will define strategy and terms to optimize performance, growth and sustainability, while working with partners and internal teams to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure. Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Data Center Account Management or related field
• Excellent commercial and contractual negotiation skills including NN leasing structures & powered shell transactions
• Solid knowledge of Internet, Interconnection space and Data Center marketplace
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to manage complex technical projects
• Excellent organization and communication skills for negotiating partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Data Center Operators to meet Akamai's needs for deploying high density servers
• Organize regular business reviews with Data Centers to plan upcoming projects
• Analyze the Data Center landscape to identify right technical and commercial terms
• Collaborate with Partners and Vendors to identify cost-effective relationships and execute them
• Manage contract negotiations to ensure Akamai's platforms can scale and support customers' increasing demands
• Ensure capacity is upgraded in a timely and effective manner with internal and external provisioning teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Center Account Management or related field
