Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager in San Francisco to oversee self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff. You will manage integrated schedules, budgets, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

The role requires 5+ years in data center or large-scale capital development, knowledge of entitlement processes, and proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale capital development.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant pre-construction workstreams, including integrated schedule management and budget tracking.
• Working knowledge of entitlement and permitting processes, AHJ submittals and approval sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated project delivery for assigned self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff, coordinating internal functions and external parties against milestones and deliverables.
• Build and maintain the integrated project schedule, including the critical path and dependencies across teams.
• Maintain the Owner’s Budget through handoff, including cash flow forecasting and variance reporting.
• Coordinate entitlement and permitting workstreams with development leads and AHJs.
• Coordinate diligence and closing workstreams with Legal and technical leads, tracking conditions precedent through satisfaction or approved waiver.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Design, Construction, Power, Legal, Environmental Health and Safety, and Corporate Affairs, and maintain action logs.
• Prepare executive-facing status reports and maintain a single source of truth across trackers and site records.
• Coordinate pre-construction scope, SOWs, purchase orders, and invoice validation within approvals.
• Handoff to Construction against defined exit criteria: permits secured, budget and schedule baselined, risk register transferred.
