Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) in Eagle Mountain, Utah to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on multiple campus projects.

You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations to manage budgets, schedules and risk, and you will present updates to executives, develop master development programs, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of commercial construction project delivery experience.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus development projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create and present monthly program updates for executive reviews.
• Develop master development programs for sites and manage entitlement and permitting.
• Lead multi-phased site development plans aligning with time, budget and quality goals.
• Write scopes of work for design, construction and commissioning services.
• Evaluate pricing proposals and coordinate with procurement on equipment.
• Monitor budgets, schedule adherence and pay applications from contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for client solutions.
• Represent QTS in meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support due diligence for potential new sites and improve PM processes.
