Recology seeks a strategic data and analytics leader to advance governance, quality, reporting strategy, and BI capabilities. You will partner with executives to optimize ERP/CRM investments and ensure trusted data assets.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days weekly at the Sacramento Data Center, with remaining days remote. Your responsibilities include leading analytics, building dashboards, guiding governance, and supporting data-quality initiatives to drive enterprise

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and governance initiatives.
• Partner with executives to align data solutions with business goals.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM data and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Leads ERP/CRM data analysis to identify strategic trends and risks.
• Designs and maintains dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Define analytics roadmaps and prioritize reporting investments.
• Support data quality initiatives including profiling and validation.
• Develop enterprise data governance policies and stewardship practices.
• Monitor ERP/CRM metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
