Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling seeks a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead and scale our analytics capabilities across the organization.

The role partners with Finance, Operations, Sales, EHS, Customer Experience, and IT to deliver reliable data, dashboards, and reporting. You will own Snowflake, Power BI governance, and develop scalable analytics models to support growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, BI, data, or related functions.
Leadership experience overseeing enterprise analytics, BI, data engineering, or similar functions.
Strong experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud-based data platform.
Strong experience with Power BI or a comparable enterprise BI platform.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise analytics strategy, standards, and processes.
Oversee development and maintenance of enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics models, and curated data.
Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, EHS, Customer Experience, and IT to translate needs into analytics solutions.
Lead development and optimization of Snowflake analytics environment.
Own and strengthen governance, reporting standards, and production processes for enterprise BI.
