The role analyzes datasets, develops interactive dashboards, supports planning and performance measurement, and partners across departments to promote data-informed decision making at the college and district levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math, economics, public policy) or related field.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 3 years of relevant research experience with quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SQL programming or data query.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with statistical software (SAS, R, STATA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic data analysis and develop data displays for executive audiences.
• Monitor district and college metrics; create goals and conduct analyses to improve student success.
• Collaborate across departments to support data-driven decisions and institutional change.
• Build data capacity by developing collection, analysis, and dissemination processes.
• Lead knowledge-sharing and capacity-building through regular reviews and training.
