Job summary

Community College of Philadelphia seeks a Data Reporting and Query Analyst II to produce standard and customized data reports supporting student success, program review, and planning. The role requires technical leadership in data collection, statistics, and reporting relative to the college’s strategic plan and objectives.

You will design data structures, write SQL scripts, manage databases, and publish complex reports and dashboards for institutional effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited institution.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum four years of full-time data management and reporting experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data structures to produce actionable reports for senior management.
• Write SQL scripts to transform data for reporting platforms.
• Manage relational databases and document data workflows.
• Create dashboards and reports using enterprise and external data sources for institutional effectiveness.
• Lead the development and maintenance of IR dashboards and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to gather data needs and create benchmarks.
