Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive for Data & Analytics Solutions. You will originate, qualify, and support pre-sales across the Data & Analytics portfolio, leveraging executive relationships and strategic partnerships to expand offerings.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape multi-year growth with a focus on data platforms, governance, and integration, coordinating with internal teams to close strategic opportunities and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience expanding existing accounts and securing new logos across both direct and partner-led channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts within mid-sized enterprises, while co-selling with platform partners.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, positioning as trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Drive solution-based sales and achieve an annual bookings target of $4-6M.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, typically $4-6M in coverage.
